Circumstances Where Refunds May Not Apply

To ensure a smooth learning experience for all students, our refund policy has some exceptions:

• Refunds requested more than 48 hours after purchase may not be applicable. 
• Refunds cannot be facilitated for courses where you have already participated in the Test Exam. This ensures fairness for all students and protects the integrity of the course content.

Course Removal: The course will be automatically removed from your user profile to avoid confusion.
Refund Timeline: We strive for a speedy resolution. If your refund is approved, you can expect the funds to be returned to your original payment method (bank, mobile financial services, or card) within 10 business days.
Completion Notification: You’ll receive a final confirmation email once the refund is complete.

Course Access and Exchange Policy

Non-Functional QR Code: In the rare instance that the QR code included in your book does not function properly, we will provide a replacement access code to ensure seamless course enrollment.
